STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders destined for delivery locations within the United States will ship within 2 business days and generally arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your proximity to our location in Tallahassee, Florida. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO boxes.
Shipping delays may occasionally be encountered. Examples may include, but are not limited to, Special Order Items, Out-of-Stock Items, and/or Personalized Items. Rest assured that if we encounter a delay, we will notify you via the email you provided during the checkout process.
If you need an order to arrive by a certain day for a gift, please email us at support@HeartHandandFire.com, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
When your item ships, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email. We ship with insurance via UPS or USPS, and you may select the carrier you prefer at checkout. If you wish to sign for your package, you have the option to select this service at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping selections. We do periodically offer promotions for Free Shipping – so please signup for our newsletter so you don’t miss out!!
LOCAL PICKUP or DELIVERY
Although we do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront, you may select Local Pickup or Local Delivery instead of Shipping during the checkout process if you live locally or are visiting the Tallahassee area. We will contact you to schedule a pickup or delivery location, date, and time when your order is ready.
Please Note that pickup will be in the Tallahassee, Florida 32312 zip code location, and we will not deliver to any locations more than 15 miles from the 32312 zip code location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Regretfully, shipping outside of the United States is not available at this time. We hope to provide this offering at a future date.
