Refund policy

We care about our Heart Hand and Fire customers and want you to be pleased with every purchase! Please review the sections below for our approach to ensure we are doing our best to meet the expectations of our valued patrons!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@HeartHandandFire.com if you receive the wrong item, the item is defective, or the item was damaged in shipment, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged in Shipment - Additional Instructions:  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will need photos of the damaged item still in the packaging, to demonstrate proof of delivery damage to the carrier. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item(s) for claim inspection.
If your order is lost or stolen upon delivery, it is most effective for you to contact UPS or USPS directly.

Exchanges
We are not able to directly exchange goods. If you decide you would like a different product, please place a new order. We will be happy to process a refund for the original order in accordance with the Refund Policy as outlined on this page.

Other Return Reasons
If you find your purchase to be not quite right for you...We have outlined the "Return Eligibility" and "Return Process" of our return policy below.

Heart Hand and Fire reserves the right to alter this policy at any time. This policy is in effect for all orders placed on or after August 1, 2020.
Orders placed with an Order Date prior to this effective date will follow the policy outlined for that period.

Return Eligibility

Please review these guidelines to ensure your items will be eligible for return processing:

Timeframe:  We have a 14-day return policy. 
This means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item, to request a return (See "Return Process" outline below)

Condition:  Returned goods must be free from any damage and in the received condition.
This means the item is undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Approval:  Your request to return an item must have prior approval.
This means items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Amount:  Your refund amount will be the cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable.
This means we do not refund order shipping costs; these costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:  Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Examples of non-refundable items include, but are not limited to, Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods, personal care products, sale items, or gift cards.


Return Process

Step 1:  Contact us to initiate your return... support@HeartHandandFire.com
** Be sure to include your order number, reason for return, condition of the item to be returned, and your contact information.

Step 2:  Heart Hand and Fire will respond within 2 business days. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for packing and shipment.

Step 3:  You will pack your return item, following the instructions, and ship it back to us. We cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit and encourage you to check the tracking of your package to ensure delivery. While not required, feel free to drop us an email to let us know the package is on the way, and we will be on the lookout!

Step 4:  Heart Hand and Fire will respond within 2 business days once we have received and inspected your return.

We will process a refund to your original payment method for items returned in perfect condition.
The refund amount will be the cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable. Please note that the order shipping costs are non-refundable.
It may take up to 10 business days to see the refund on your credit card or account (depending on the original payment method).
